In addition to keeping our chips to only three ingredients, we only use premium, freshly grown produce. Our sweet potato chips and taro chips are made from sweet potatoes and taro grown locally here on the Big Island of Hawaii. Because our produce comes from local farmers, we are able to get the freshest sweet potatoes and taro possible. The produce is then selected by hand and only the best potatoes and taro are used to make our chips. We start with great produce and turn it into a chips using the minimal amount of ingredients.
